t's not a conduct frequently caught on film, but rather the Earth Touch team as of late found the opportunity to film African lions mating in nature! When it comes lion mating customs, it's about speed and stamina (and a lot of animosity). Also, monogamy is out of the window – females will mate with more than one suitor and since there's no particular rearing period, lions mate a few times each year – and a mating marathon can include twenty to forty cavorts a day (the desirous match regularly doesn't stop to eat!)
